What to ExpectIntention, connection, and fluidity are the foundation of the Lomi-inspired flow we’ll explore together.Envelope Me blends elements of Lomi Lomi and Thai massage to create a unique, deeply restorative experience. If you’ve been looking to bring more fluidity into your practice and offer a greater sense of peace and presence to those you work with, this workshop is for you.
Together, we will learn a 90-minute Lomi-inspired flow that incorporates integrated stretches, mobility work, and seamless transitions.
June 29
We will cover approximately the first three-quarters of the sequence, with everyone having the opportunity to both give and receive.
June 30
We will learn the remaining techniques before practicing and experiencing the complete flow from beginning to end.
On the second day, I will provide special table covers that allow us to explore gliding movements between the table and your partner's body. These techniques create a beautiful sense of envelopment, flow, and deep relaxation, adding a unique dimension to the experience.

From a young age, the human body and spirit have fascinated me. My journey began in personal training but over time, I felt called toward something deeper - the intersection of bodywork and energy healing.
Over 5 years of working with Lomi Lomi, Thai massage, and Reiki, I've learned to read and work with the many layers we each carry, rooted always in intention, presence, and the belief that touch has the power to transform.
Watching people reconnect with themselves through that process has been one of the greatest gifts and Envelope Me was born from that same place. A desire to move with more fluidity, more grace, and more connection. I created this workshop so you can experience it too.
